Privacy Policy for the Website

Summary

This page was last updated on 01/01/2024. Any material changes to this statement will be summarized on our website.

This privacy statement is intended for all Internet users, including users who are also customers, applicants and investors. Please read this privacy notice carefully as it sets out how we use your personal information.

What does "we" ("Kingspan", "us" or "our") stand for?

We are Kingspan Holdings (Ireland) Limited (“Kingspan Group”) and its affiliates (each a “ Kingspan Affiliate ”).

We have a global Kingspan Group website and local websites for each country in which our affiliated Kingspan companies operate. Each local website is owned by their respective affiliates operating in that country.

When you use our global website www.kingspan.com, the Kingspan Group acts as the controller of your personal information collected or accessed through the website. If you use a Kingspan affiliate local website, your personal data will be processed independently by the affiliate(s) that owns the local website in that country.

The Kingspan Group and each Kingspan affiliate are separate, independent data controllers. If they process your personal data, they will do so on a separate, independent basis and for their own purposes. We explain each purpose in this privacy statement. This means that each data controller is separately responsible for compliance with a data controller's obligations under applicable data protection law.

Click here for a list of each of the  Kingspan Data Controllers  and their contact details.

If you wish to exercise any of your rights as a data subject (as set out below in this Privacy Notice), please contact the Kingspan affiliate based in your country or contact the Kingspan Group if this is easier for you. There, your request will be sent to the relevant data controller according to your instructions.

We use your personal data for marketing purposes. To learn more about how we use your information for marketing purposes, please see the Marketing section below in this statement.

If necessary or if you consent to this, we will share your personal data with other Kingspan companies and third parties. For more information about how we share your personal information, see the “Who do we share your information with?” section later in this notice.

It is important that you only provide us with your own personal information and ensure that the personal information you provide is accurate and up to date. Please note that you are responsible for inaccurate, third-party or inaccurate personal data that you provide to us.

If you have any questions about this privacy statement, please contact your responsible  data controller.

Our  Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website explain the terms on which you are entitled to use our website, www.kingspan.com  , which provides access to our products and services, as well as much other useful information.

About Us

The Kingspan Group is the world's leading provider of high performance insulation and building technologies. Each of the Kingspan companies will process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws in the countries in which we operate.

We have a global Kingspan Group website and local websites for each country in which our affiliated Kingspan companies operate. Each of them is owned by their respective affiliates operating in that country.

Your data controller will be another Kingspan company depending on who you are and the purposes for which your data is processed.

When you use our global website www.kingspan.com, the Kingspan Group acts as the controller of your personal information collected or accessed through the website. If you use a Kingspan affiliate local website, your personal data will be processed independently by the relevant affiliate that owns that part of the local website in that country.

Because the Kingspan Group and each Kingspan affiliate are separate, independent data controllers, when they process your personal data they will do so on a separate, independent basis and for their own purposes. This is explained in more detail below in the “What information do we collect?” and “What do we do with your personal information?” sections.

Click here for a list of each of the  Kingspan Data Controllers  and their contact details.
